Ft. Pierce King Mackerel Invitational

Division 6 and 10

The Southern Kingfish Association (SKA) is excited to announce that the Ft. Pierce King Mackerel Invitational will be a sanctioned Division 6 & Division 10 Tournament for 2025. The FT. Pierce King Mackerel Invitational is an exciting tournament with a $5,000 entry fee with 15 award categories. The first-place boat can win up to $250,000 cash prize (based on 100 boats).

SKA points will count toward BOTH Division 6 and Division 10 rankings.

“The SKA has had a lot of requests from anglers/teams discussing the tournament and pushing for it to become a sanctioned tournament,” stated Price Feimster with the SKA. "We had many conversations with passionate anglers and the Ft. Pierce King Mackerel Invitational Tournament organizers, and we all agreed that our missions are aligned in supporting King Mackerel fishing.” Feimster believes that as the SKA moves into the future, “we want to sanction more Kingfish tournaments in various formats. Whether it be a High Roller, a low entry fee, or a set boundaries tournament, we want to be able to offer a variety of tournament opportunities from which our anglers and teams have options to choose.”

The Ft. Pierce King Mackerel Invitational is scheduled for April 23-26 in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Fishing days will be Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26. To learn more about the tournament, please visit their website at the link below.
